Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Asians typically have less prominent noses. Many consider a higher nose bridge with a sharp and well defined tip to be more attractive. While this is possible with the traditional nose job, currently many patients are turning to non-surgical nose reshaping with fillers as a fast and safe option with minimal recovery time.

The goal of nose reshaping with fillers is to sculpt a nose that is proportionate to the patient's face. The procedure is not aimed to create a Caucasian nose, but to enhance the individual’s natural beauty rather than change the appearance of the nose drastically. In addition, fillers can also be administered to camouflage undesirable bulges and bumps on the patient’s nose.

Now, beautiful noses can be created NON-SURGICALLY with substances called FILLERS. These are made of either Hyaluronic Acid (HA), Gels (PMMA, PMAA) or Calcium Hydroxypeptide(CHP). I have been carrying out this procedure for several years now where I have done NOSE ENHANCEMENT with Juvederm, Surgiderm, Esthelis B, Teosyal, Restalyne, Radiesse, Aquamid and BioAlcamid.

With this filler I can sharpen the bridge, reshape the nose, build and increase bridge and tip height, all with a single substance and in 1 sitting! The procedure is almost painless as a local anesthesia is given and barely any needle marks or swelling after. Best part is the product can last up to 1 years. Juvederm is also good for cheek and chin augmentation as it gives a nice "lift" to the cheekbone and enhances the definition of the chin, giving an improvement to the facial contours by improving its 3 dimensionality. The results are very natural, and so no one will know something's been done.

Our Aesthetic Doctor has pioneered a revolutionary, non-invasive alternative to surgical rhinoplasty. Injection rhinoplasty ("non-surgical nose job") resolves the appearance of bumps, drooping tips, and crooked noses, safely and quickly, without the risks and long, painful recovery normally associated with rhinoplasty surgery.

Non-surgical nose job takes about fifteen to thirty minutes to perform. A topical numbing cream is applied to the top of the nose. Juvederm XC or Aquamed fillers is injected to fill depressions, smooth out sharp angles, or change the angle of the tip of the nose, restoring symmetry and making your nose appear smaller and more attractive. During the procedure you will have the opportunity to look at yourself in a mirror and have control over the results.

The procedure does not cause bruising or swelling. Patients can usually return to work immediately. The results of injection rhinoplasty last up to one year for Juvederm or five years if aquamide is used.

During your free initial consultation, our aesthetic doctor will evaluate your unique needs, desired end results, and explain the procedure. Our doctor will also help you determine which type of filler will work best with your body and skin type to achieve the look that you desire.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a safe, non-invasive alternative to traditional rhinoplasty. Our Aesthetic doctor has pioneered many non-invasive alternatives to cosmetic surgery, including the "non-surgical nose job" and other procedures, in order to provide excellent cosmetic results with the little or no pain and recovery time.

Rhinoplasty is one of the most desired cosmetic procedures, but many patients are frightened by the potential complications and the risk of unfavorable cosmetic results.Non-surgical rhinoplasty avoids the complications typically associated with traditional rhinoplasty.

Traditional Rhinoplasty
•Surgery always carries inherent risks including scarring, infection, and anesthesia complications. Risks specific to rhinoplasty surgery include:
•permanent difficulty breathing through the nose
•unexpected and unwanted cosmetic result;ski-jump nose, too delicately small nose, “Caucasian” looking nose, pinched appearance to nostrils, etc.
•persistent swelling
•cartilage collapse or unexpected scarring causing a crooked appearance several years after surgery.
•recurrent nosebleeds
•persistent numbness

Non-surgical Rhinoplasty
Non-surgical rhinoplasty avoids the risks of surgery and has no effect on nasal breathing since it involves only injection into the skin. The procedure is much more precise than surgical rhinoplasty, so more detailed adjustments to nasal contour are possible. During the procedure, you are fully awake. You hold a mirror and you are in complete control of the procedure's results. The Non Surgical Nose Job procedure does not cause nosebleeds or persistent swelling. The procedure is temporary and there are no long term scarring complications.

Traditional Rhinoplasty
Basic recovery from traditional rhinoplasty typically lasts about two weeks, normal activities can be resumed after several weeks, and the final results can take up to a year to appear. For the first week after rhinoplasty surgery, a splint is worn on the outside of the nose. Severe nasal congestion typically lasts about one week to ten days. Bruising around the eyes and the majority of swelling typically resolves in about two weeks. For six to seven weeks, eyeglasses, must be secured in a manner that prevents them from resting on the nose. Strong pain medication and cool compresses are typically required during recovery.

Non-surgical Rhinoplasty
Most patients return to work on the same day as the procedure. The results are immediate. There is no significant swelling or pain. Our doctor does recommend that sunglasses or heavy eyeglasses be avoided for two weeks after the procedure, as the filler material becomes integrated into the skin of the nose.

Traditional Rhinoplasty
The results of traditional rhinoplasty are frequently good, but, whether good or bad, they are always permanent. Surgical rhinoplasty can result in over or under-correction, with potentially poor cosmetic outcomes. It can take a year for the final results to be visible. In the meantime, the look of your nose may not be desirable and the end result can be hard to predict.

Non-surgical Rhinoplasty
The injectable filler used in non-surgical rhinoplasty is injected in small amounts and in precise locations so that there is total control over the shape and contours created by the procedure. During the procedure you will be asked to look at your nose and provide feedback, meaning that you have total control over the end result.

The results are immediate and last from eight months to two years, depending on the type of filler that is used. Because the results are relatively temporary, adjustments can be made as your face changes over time and you always retain a natural look.

Traditional Rhinoplasty
On average, traditional rhinoplasty costs about $10,000.00 to $25,000.00. Subsequent to surgery you will have prescriptions for antibiotics and pain medications, which will be additional costs.

Non-surgical Rhinoplasty
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty costs $2,500.00 for fillers that have the results of the procedure last five to ten years.
